Customer Case Studies Program

The demand for a steady stream of case histories that sales can use can be relentless, making it difficult for marketing teams to keep up amid their daily deadlines and other initiatives. One client came to Strategies to build out their case studies program to meet this consistent need.

They needed both full-length case study stories that provided a stand-alone narrative that could be posted on the website, shared on social media and blogs, and even distributed at trade shows, as well as PowerPoint slides with the high points for use in sales presentations where a salesperson could tell the stories to the customer directly.

Our content development team worked with the client’s subject matter experts and salespeople to identify customer success stories that would provide value for new prospects – those in targeted industries, or that showed a solution to common customer challenges, or that demonstrated innovation, etc. We built out a process for collecting the information we needed, held input sessions with SMEs, salespeople and/or customers, and created all the content. For this client, Strategies served as an extension of their team to help with both the process and content creation. As a result, Strategies has produced well over 40 case histories for this client thus far and the program is still in progress, so their library continues to grow.
